1. General Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped from our professional fulfillment center in Austria:

By partnering with Logsta, we ensure your melatonin supplements are stored in a climate-controlled environment and handled with professional care.

2. Processing Times

We strive to get your "shot" to you as quickly as possible.

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) Monday through Friday are typically processed and handed to the carrier on the same day.

• Standard Processing: Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across the European Union and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.

4. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above a certain value:

• Austria & Germany: Free shipping on orders over €65.

• Rest of EU: Free shipping on orders over €65.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and scanned by the carrier at the Logsta warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Within the EU: No customs duties or additional import taxes apply. Prices include Austrian VAT (20%) where applicable.

• Outside the EU (e.g., UK, Switzerland, USA): You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. Please check your local regulations regarding the import of melatonin supplements (1mg) before ordering.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us at hello@muunshots.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us so we can initiate a formal inquiry with Logsta and the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to Logsta due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply
